Take an example of a Google search, search for "milfhunter". You would expect milfhunter.com to be the first result, but xnxx.com and pornhub.com outrank the official site for milfhunter. The same is true for almost any major brand name website in the adult space.
Authoritative websites have become so strong in Google's eyes that they can outrank nearly anything of an adult nature. There isn't an easy way for Google to differentiate who is the original content owner and who has uploaded a pirated copy of the video to a tube site. Until Google devalues the value they've placed into authoritative websites, this trend isn't going to change.
