We went to a little plaza with the church right there.
Nothing happened until after 11.30 but once midnight kicked in things got real cool. There was loud salsa, fake snow and everyone got free party hats, garlands, red noses, vampire teeth..
We bought 12 grapes each and downed each one for every stroke of the bell.
