RS-28 "Sarmat" (aka Satan-2) can be equipped with a 50 Megaton warhead (the same power as the Soviet Tzar Bomba).
What does 50 Megaton mean? It does mean, that if it will be detonated over London, Newcastle and Paris will be swept away as well, just as a side effect...
P.S. As about 100 Megaton warhead. Yes, they don't dare to make it because there is real probability that nuclear reaction won't stop till the whole atmosphere on Earth will be burnt out.
