pointed that out in a previous post in this thread , but it did not fit the agenda ... Must be Russia , because Russia has been humiliating the USA quite a bit lately ( Red line, Syria chemical weapons, Snowden, Crimea , Syria regime backing, liberating Aleppo, doing a truce .... )
Software was an old version ( not 4.1.b ) of an Ukranian shell .....
