Sorry Josh, maybe 30 years ago but not now. The Chinese economy will spit you out when it is done and roll on like nothing has happened.
And you forget that the Chinese wont give a shit about the well being of their citizens should your trade war come to pass. Its a bit like having a "war" with Islamic fundamentalists - they welcome death it brings then closer to god.
The Chinese dont have to worry about pesky things like elections.....
