Wrong! The CIA and Obama were sure that Hillary's dumb ass would win. And when she tells you that 17 agencies determined there was Russin hacking- Wrong! That statement was based on THIS joint statement from DHS and the director of national intelligence. It specifically says this: "However, we are NOT now in a position to attribute this activity to the Russian Government."
