Mine are;
Stop allowing them into the West and return all that can be returned. Especially criminals. Long term with mass migration, they're a financial burden. Allow in only the very best. Stop trying to grab the oil on the pretence you're trying to save them. Let them sort out their own problems or suffer. Force them to integrate, this will mean breaking up the ghettos, being very tough on schools who teach Islam, add all the religious schools to that list. Stop multiculturalism, it's failed because the people on both sides reject it.
As I pointed out with my graphs and links to unemployment and low wages the economic effect has been terrible for most Brits and probably all across the West. As employment and well-paying jobs continue to decline the need for workers will decrease. Exports of jobs and Automation will leave the West with the majority of people out of a job or in a low paid one. Population increases will make the situation far worse.
The only people who are getting richer from this is the very top percentile. And that's not you and I.
