Wrong. They were killing each other before we turned them into war zones.
As you pointed out we trained them to kill each other more effectively.
Regions have been killing each other for millennium. Research the History of Serbia and how it was occupied by the Ottomans, Romans and how it tried to occupy Bosnia. Research the Persian Empire while you're at it.
Your hatred towards the West is that we did and do it better. Allowing you to go blind to the route cause of the conflict in the ME that can be exploited so easily by their superiors. They have a very nasty streak that allows them to kill their neighbours and believe they're doing the right thing.
This is something we in the West have mostly stopped doing since WW2. Apart from Serbia who thought to kill Bosnians who posed no threat and were peacefully living in Bosnia. Was the right thing to do/
Serbs were very good at this, as the Bosnians were mostly unarmed. They even carried on when told to stop and forced UN peacekeepers to step aside. It was only the Western coalition relentlessly bombing Serbs that brought an end to the genocide. So;
Would you have preferred the West didn't intervene in Serbia allowing the Serbs to kill more innocent Bosnians?
I'm all for the West pulling out of the ME and allowing them to carry on sorting out their own problems. Including arming and training Jihadists in Afghanistan to kick out their Russian invaders.
