If it's limited requests you're are experiencing with the API or your IP keep is getting blocked somehow, please provide us with your IP address when you send your email.
Our support team does get a lot of emails, especially during the holidays when most are on vacation, and we do ask that you give them some time to answer back, as they prioritize their work, but they always reply back to you, if it is supported and is related to Hubtraffic and its tools.
