2-year-old Li-ion battery hasn't skipped a beat, I can leave it on standby after getting a good overnight charge for 5 days, and I can use it heavily over a weekend (Fri afternoon - Sunday morning) without charging, turning it off when I go to sleep. Very happy with it and the highway corridor/major city oriented service from Sprint.

i'm on my 3rd samsung, started with a 1500 from radio shack. samsungs fucking rock, i don't want anything else (especially a damn nokia). my 1500 survived a rainstorm while turned on on the hood of a car at a party. all of them have been dropped, etc. these samsungs just keep going. samsung makes good shit
