1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of Organic Apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Tumeric
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
pinch of red himalayan sea salt
squeeze a lemon in it

tastes like shit but great for digestive track, adrenals and the cayenne will kick start you much better then the caffeine
