Hey Thomas, as a buyer, I'd be interested to know how much profit they bring in before any other details. Then it's about the site health, the history, and various other factors but in general I'd say the best of them upto 12 months profit for a solid site, otherwise the range is 6-12x. Now that Trump is bringing in that anti porn guy there is that risk for adult webmasters too so that needs to be considered into the equation. You will only get 18-24 times in mainstream not adult.
