We used to rent our house in Phoenix after we moved back to California, and the guy we rented it to shot porn. I know that's different because I work in the industry and god only knows how much we already shot in the house.
But one day I was surfing someone's site and came across pictures and I thought "Gee, that looks just like my kitchen". Sure enough a few pictures later it was my kitchen.
If you rent your house out via AirBNB or something similar, they can do what ever they want. Last vacation we went on we rented a condo and we fucked in every room.
