Not sure about ModelCentro and whether they're customisable too, but having custom CCBill payment forms that have been tested accordingly to ascertain those which convert the best, otherwise you're leaving a huge chunk of money on the table.

I ran some of the largest softcore solo sites on ccbill. I now run sites on modelcentro. things are all the same. you get the same typical ratios.
no matter what you do, youre still selling to the same small/limited niche market, that signs up to sites over and over. these sites are not the size of blacked.com and brazzers to where a minor difference like that could be measurable.
if a model updates, shes attractive and her traffic sources are the same (which they generally are because theyre limited), the age of the site is similar. then the conversion ratio will be similar. youre all selling subscriptions for the same price to generally the same audience. a credit card form is a credit card form for the most part. and 99 percent of the buyers of solo sites have signed up to sites before and dont care about what it looks like. they all typically look the same. most sites using ccbill are using one of the templates they have to choose from as well. so even if you did think a few small custom changes that youre able to do with their form would make a difference, then it would only be the case for the select ones using that option. but ill tell you, its not a measurable difference on these types of sites
and these are the types of sites that use ccbill because anybody thats on a larger scale has their own merchant account
fun fact: my rebill ratio between every site ive been involved with, between 3 affiliate programs and a large percent of solo sites has been nearly identical. they all updated slightly diff, had diff models, diff affiliates for each. its just the business model. same goes with conversion ratio. the biggest thing is that people see different ratios than other people but its usually due to how saturated they are. if a site is getting 500 hits a day and onyl 1-2 sales a day, theyre going to maintain a higher conversion ratio for longer. hotter models sell more because theyre posted more places and picked up by more affiliates and have a larger market. its a business model that is so identical and been done so similar for so long that no longer does a minor difference in how your form is laid out matter. if you look at the emails of members of fansites, they'll be the same ones that signup to all the others. because theyre collectors and buyers. those guys aren't scared off by minor details
also have you used ccbill custom forms, theyre EXTREMELY limited in how much you can customize, you can insert a small top header graphic and a left side graphic
if we were talking about complete new way to submit cc info, sure. but these forms are all so similar
