Yes it is E-H... street cops don't decide who is guilty, the courts and DA's decide all of that. So you get your tail hauled in with everyone else in the room 9 times out of 10. And while you might get that arrest expunged from your record, it will take money and attorney to do so. And I know its not just a >little< money to do so.
