oh and ISIS could make suicide vests that plants seeds all over the place, fertilized with human blood...USIS and ISIS could become environmentally conscious and even plan battles around inhabited areas so as to plant as many plants as possible...it would feed the world!...what a great idea!
if only the geniuses in the US army had googled "why does shit not grow in the dessert" they would save themselves from having ideas like this and going public with them
