I've know their game for years, i found Bubblegum Casting years ago and could readily see what its purpose was, their ads have been plastered all over Craigslist day in day out, the recruiter who i think is the owner/shooter is relentless in recruiting round the clock, i answered his ad impersonating a girl with some ex-gf style pics, he only told me it paid as much as $5000 and kept including how the guys they film are hot and not like the regular male stunt cocks. I was trying to get him to tell me who would see the video but he wouldn't say any more via email, kept emailing me to call him - it is IMPOSSIBLE to recruit that many pretty first time girls to do hardcore porn without lying to many of them about what the content is being shot for. I've communicated with 3 or 4 girls who've shot for GDP, one said that she had no idea the video was going to be published online, never heard the name Girlsdoporn, but she did say she wasn't explicitly lied to, that she made a big mistake for the quick cash and didn't ask enough questions. When this ends up in court if it does I am sure they will have girls who will testify that they weren't lied to. I assume the ones who were more cautious/nervous got the 'private collector' story. The girls in this lawsuit will have to be believable in their story that they just aren't looking for revenge for making a mistake they are remorseful about and were deliberately lied to about the intent of the shoot and the nature of the contract they were signing.
The article says the site began in 2011, seems longer to me.
