Yes, I always go to a bathroom (bathrooms and toilets are usually
different rooms in typical Russian apartments) and I wash my penis after sex.
Every time. I've got learned to do that in the school (all 8th graders had a course of anatomy in the Soviet Union).
It's an acquired reflex just as washing hands before eating, brushing teeth and taking a shower before and after sleep etc. We call it a hygiene.
