So anyone who goes to war that results in civilian casualties is a war criminal and the war doesn't result in a great win.

The West should have backed Saddam, Assad and Gadhafi to save lives. They're evil men ruling other evil men. Now the West is backing Iran another group of evil men. Let's see how that goes.
