Fucking Floridian Dog Fucker
I do not approve, but obviously as this occurred over many years the dog clearly enjoyed it or he/she would have run away.
I am sure there ample opportunities...going out for a walk or even a vet checkup.
I am sorry but this piece of shit represents the average Floridian, and for them it is perfectly acceptable behavior.
