Yes, something like that.
The US GDP: 18,561,930 millions
The Russian GDP: 1,267,750 millions
The US national debt: 106.71% of GDP
The Russian national debt: 10.877% of GDP
The military spending (a part of GDP) in the USA: $598.5 billion
The military spending (a part of GDP) in Russia: $90.7 billion
The population of the USA: 318.9 million
The population of the Russia: 143.5 million
Now do your math, professor
P.S. Note one more thing. All these numbers are in the US dollars. Russia does not print dollars, while the States print them like a toilet paper. A hint: that's why your national debt is even larger than your own GDP. Technically, the USA is a bankrupt country (a country "404"), whose ass (debt) is owned by China, Japan, Brazil, Switzerland, UK, India, Russia and other countries. Sounds disgusting, isn't it? But it's a pure truth. Sad but true, comrade
