DB Cooper gets killed by Billick, Sucre's cousin does not make it over the wall during the escape. Sucre's cousins does not end up marrying marycruz. The mob boss gets killed in the first episode in the second season, veronica donavon and nick also die. Billick dies in a later episode, t bag loses an arm, michael "dies" in the finale.
