The refund amount was off by a few cents, but I can live with that. It's taken over a month of playing email tag to get this far, and I recently started the dispute process with my bank. That dispute has been cancelled now and I'm a happy chappy once more.

The strange thing is that no one from rackshack has actually replied to say "we have refunded you." I only found out because I noticed the amount available on my Visa had climbed, and checked my online statement.
