This was already discusses with his campaing hats etc.
He already explained (although it is super obvious to anyone): you can not buy local when your competitors buy outsourced because you would lose.
Like morons grilled him about him buying stuff from non US - of course you as a businessman MUST buy in order to stay competitive.
He wants to make imports more expensive etc for all, not just lose his business by buying local while competition buys cheaper outside.
It is surprising people do not get basic of the basic concepts like that...
