He attacked the BUREAUCRATS installed by Pres. Obama who were running the agency's.

Now they are HIS agency's. And the bureaucrats of Pres. Obama are now replaced with the bureaucrats of Pres. Trump.

There are NO spys ever running the CIA. It's always a bureaucrat picked by the current President.
God help us all if an actual CIA field operative killer/spy ever actually ran the CIA.

Trump is not and never has been at odds with the "Intelligence Community".

He was in a campaign where the sitting President was taking an active role in defeating him.
And the political appointed head of the CIA did as he was directed by his boss.

Now the new head of the CIA will follow the orders of the new boss.
