It was later used as the key phrase by David Duke (head of the KKK) while he was campaigning for office as a racist phrase again...and recently Duke has come out publicly supporting Trumps use of the phrase as Declaring war on the Jews in America

Brilliant logic. If bad people use certain phrase for something, all the rest of the normal people can not use it in any (even good) context
