Yeah, let's kill NAFTA.

As we head towards killing NAFTA there are probably some facts that should be considered such as the 2 and a half million U.S. jobs involved in Importing and Exporting with our Neighbors to the North and South.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Canada:

Canada was the United States' largest goods export market in 2015.

U.S. exports to Canada are up 179% from 1993 (pre-NAFTA)

Canada was the United States' 2nd largest supplier of goods imports in 2015.

U.S. imports from Canada are up 165% from 1993 (pre-NAFTA).

According to the Department of Commerce, U.S. exports of goods and services to Canada supported an estimated 1.7 million jobs in 2014 (latest data available) (1.3 million supported by goods exports and 394 thousand supported by services exports).

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mexico:

Mexico was the United States' 2nd largest goods export market in 2015.

U.S. exports to Mexico are up 468% from 1993 (pre-NAFTA).

Mexico was the United States' 3rd largest supplier of goods imports in 2015.

U.S. imports from Mexico are up 638% from 1993 (pre-NAFTA)

According to the Department of Commerce, U.S. exports of goods and services to Mexico supported an estimated 1.1 million jobs in 2014 (latest data available) (953 thousand supported by goods exports and 193 thousand supported by services exports).
