Trumps plan to pay for wall.
His kids are going to create a wall building company which they will be awarded the contract for. They will collect 20 billion in taxpayer money and then once the wall is completed they will refuse to pay the suppliers and stiff the workers. This plan was revealed from someone hacking his unsecured phone.
