He is in violation of the The Presidential Records Act. Obviously they won't impeach him over that, but it just shows he doesn't care much about rules & laws and eventually if he hasn't already he will do something to be impeached.

It's not if but when.. there are still current investigations into the Russian stuff. His top guys are all being investigated over that..
