He won't make it. This is one leopard that will not be changing his spots. It's not that even could if he wanted to. He's so un-self aware that conforming is not a concept he can even wrap his little brain around.
What I'm saying is the current version of him will not work with either party. He'll get kicked the fuck out by his own team eventually, since they have all the power at the moment.
