When the Spanish made first contact with native americans they discovered a people still living in the stone age. They hadn't even invented the wheel yet. In fact, they were immediately attacked by these primitive humans.

Early American settlers attempted to co-exist with the injuns, but they were basically wild animals and tried to kill everyone. Thus they had to be cleared out.

Nowadays native Americans do nothing but bitch and moan. They should be thanking us for advancing their people forward literally THOUSANDS of years in human development.
