now white man loves to pretend that when you pass laws, shit just sorts itself out right then and there and the effect of 100-s of years of slavery are just wiped out that very moment...capital and social status that took the white man hundreds of years to achieve would somehow come in a few decades to the ex slaves when the white man passes a law...and gives them military escort to protect them from the white man in school LOL...
