Yeppers, when they say their shit was extreme, they MEANT it.
They were asking for trouble with that stuff and they got it, full on.
But like KRL said, it will definitely set a precedent and will be one to watch. If it fails, many sites will be using it as a defense - if it goes through, it will encourage state attorneys to go after milder targets.
