And how exactly he does it? China is our closest neighbor and a very powerful one. Also China is our key trading partner. For example, the USA is not even in top 10 in the list of Russian economical partners. In a few words, we have almost no business with you. So why Russia shouldn't work with China? It should and course it will. The same applies to the nuclear defense system. Russia is the most biggest country on the planet which resides in about 40% of Europe and in a huge part of Asia. We have the EU at one side and China/Japan at another, so we have to keep the balance.
Your media is just trying to show it like something has changed, but it has not.

Yes of course, and that's why Russia should have a good relationship with China. That's not some Canada or Mexico with trier toy armies. As I said above, China is a very powerful military force, which just can't be underestimated by Russia.

That's a very reasonable warning. China has no business in Gulf of Mexico, so what the States have forgot in the South China Sea?
