I'm no attorney.. But obviously since the Post Office is a Federal agency, there are specific laws outlining every aspect of the agency.

Title 39 of the US Code covers the US Postal Service.

And Section 18 - 1461 covers Mailing Obscene or crime-inciting matter.

If you mail content through the US Postal System, check with an attorney to see if FedEx or UPS would allow you to transport your content without taking as much risk.
