I am still a fan of ibill , I have no real problems with them and they have the most money in reserves so they can take a fine hit better than the others. They are a big company so they arent touchy feelie. Example Microsoft has weak customer service they are big, the guy who created, sells password sentry is the nicest and most helpful guy in the world. Small is better for caring and customer serivce but big is better for financial hits. Our goal is next year to add our own merchant account to billing options. We just got a letter from our nonadult merchant account, you no longer have to have both visa and MC which helps that decision greatly.
