The new acting Attorney General who has filled the spot is not a Trump crony, just another member of the system. We'll see if he has the same guts to get fired also.
If Yates (who is known to have a lot of integrity and follow the law) didn't see the constitutionality in this order, then any other good attorney will make the same decision she did.
