Sorry, my idea is still the best idea and I dare anyone to claim it's not a good one..
The cheapest way to build an effective wall is to use 40' shipping containers.. We get them by the boat load and they end up sitting all over the place un-used. They are made of steel are 8ft tall and can be double stacked.. The wall can then serve dual use as homes for Hipsters..
