Yes, when they started blocking traffic as the crowd grew.
They didn't have enough police to control the crowd and it's only gonna get worse, Trump is pissing off his own supporters on Obama care with uncertainty of health care, etc.
Trump is 11 days into his presidency, if he doesn't up his game the crowds are only gonna get bigger. Trump is clearly flawed at even attempting to bring people together, he just focusses on his base like he is still running a primary.
