Chemical Mace was originally invented in 1965 by Allan Lee Litman of Pittsburgh...
now seems 50 states of the US say itīs legal to carry pepper spray. & maybe itīs because of pepper spray, the UK continues to trade with the US. What would the UK do without the importing of pepper spray from the US
