That would imply that those Pro-Ukraine citizens would actually move to take a territory inhabited by someone else .
This is not the case here : it is Ukranians, of russian descent, living in the east for centuries, that want to have autonomy from the slavic regime in Kiev ...
Maybe or not they are backed by Russia , but I think that Kiev is bac ked by Nulland, the cookies and the USA
