Houthis are anti al-quaeda , by heritage , as they are shiites , not sunnis ... Yemen was nearly cleared of those rats when the USA/Saudia Arabia decided to re-instate the president, who was ion exile in SA .

But you look at Ukraine , it is a very similar situation and the USA has no problems supporting the " rebels" into power.

Look at Syria, US has no problems supporting jihadists that are not even from Syria ... and call them rebels .

And this morning, at that prayer lunch speach, Trump said somewthing like :
