Yemen is seen as an existential threat to our 'friends' the Saudis.
With friends like the Saudis you don't need any enemies.
The House of Saud and the Iranian Shiite are ancient enemies. So, my enemy's enemy is my friend?

Like we used to sing "be the first one on your block to have you boy come home in a box" One Navy Seal came home that way yesterday and if we put boots on the ground surly more will follow.

The problem is really simple: Can the US forces deal with a lot of 'collateral' damage and stand accused as war criminals? How long are we really fighting for? It has been 13 years + already -- what have we accomplished?

Let Al Qaeda and ISIS concentrate in places then use neutron warhead tipped short range missiles -- finish them. Even if you do that, blood revenge will follow ... so where are you at? This is how the game is played in the Middle East -- the same way it has been played for 5,000 years to this day.

Robot soldiers and drones is the only way
