That is from a Congressman, not from Trump.
I don't know how much sway a Congressman (even though he is Vice Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee) has over the Fed. I mean he can complain and all but a letter from a Congressman is just a letter from a Congressman, it carries no authority to do anything. It is simply a Congressman stating his/her opinion.
We will see how it all pans out.
