Trump has proven incompetent thus far.
I don't think Trump realized Obama is a Harvard lawyer. I think Trump saw Obama signing executive orders on TV and thought all he has to do is write what he wants on a piece of paper, like a kings decree, sign it, and it will automatically be paid for and law of the land. I GUARANTEE you Trumps supporters think this.
