3 people carjack a car to steal diapers etc from Wal-Mart, one is shot and killed in the process. Seems fair. Imagine the trauma the carjack victim went through, and at least one was likely armed to commit the carjacking. Sucks to be killed by some sanctimonious asshole looking for trouble, but the three thieves are trouble. Unfortunate for everyone involved
