I can't use your service because you make the things more difficult than they really are. I've been webmistress since 1999 and I've had ALWAYS a dedicated IP and I didn't need to justify anything. As I could see the problems started before I started using your service.
and once again: please confirm my cancellation ... I hope you won't charge my credit card
