I am planning to build a dating site where users can post images/videos. Below is a website posted by another user:

I am looking at something of its size for my tube site. All videos will be 480p to 1080p.
I am also expecting some image uploads too.
How do you guys calculate the bandwidth for something like this? I really don't care about Cloud hosting/VPS or CDN but the content should be loading fast.
