Yep! 5 years of Republicans stonewalling everything in congress, including Obama tweaking Obamacare, because Republicans wanted to make it look like they were getting rid of something that didn't work. Pretty pathetic when party first fucks up the country like this but that's where the Republicans operate, the party first mentality.
