You act like the rest of the circuits average better, they don't. The 3rd & 5th circuits have almost 100% reversal rate.

Most cases have a high chance of getting overturned at the supreme court. Remember, the supreme court chooses what they hear as well, no guarantee they'll hear this case

I know right...these Trumpeteer knuckle-draggers think the 80% overturned rate is something big. No it isn't if the SCOTUS is picking and choosing which cases to hear in the firs place. Similar to how a district attorney has a "90% conviction rate"...well duh, if he's picking which cases to prosecute, he damn well better be picking the ones he can win!
